What is Direct to Film printing?

DTF stands for Direct-To-Film, or Direct-Transfer-Film.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology is distinguished by its distinctive method of transferring customised designs onto a wide range of objects. Using specialised printers, the customised design is initially printed on a PET (thermoplastic polyester) film. Subsequently, this design is transferred directly onto the desired object, which can be an item of clothing or a gadget on different materials.
